Ekemini Francis is a distinguished international business consultant, renowned for her expertise in product innovation and marketing. As the Founder and CEO of Ekemprofits Consulting, she has trained over 5,000 SMEs across Africa, equipping them to build profitable, scalable, and innovation-driven businesses.
Ekemini began her career in humanitarian enterprise development, serving with distinction at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for six years, where she rose to the role of Entrepreneurship Development Specialist before transitioning fully into training and consulting.
Her impressive academic pedigree includes an MBA from the London School of Business and Finance, an M.Sc. from the University of Lagos, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Calabar. She has also earned multiple certifications from both local and international institutions. She is a member of the John Maxwell Leadership Program, further reflecting her commitment to leadership and personal growth.
